Irmão Flavio entered the novitiate at the Priory during Vespers. While Irmão Flavio will go by his baptismal name, Abbot James gave him St. Boniface as his patron. Dom Thiago will coordinate Irmão Flavio’s formation program with various monks teaching courses.
Dom Josias, and Dom Thiago are doing well in the parish.
Irmão Romario, will return to the Abbey in Rio de Janeiro soon to continue his seminary studies. He is finishing there his second year of Theology.
Dom Josias teaches in formation both at the monastery and in the parish.
Dom Thiago returns to the classroom also as professor at a local high school.
Dom Joaquim Carlos Carvalho, O.S.B. is now serving as the Seventh
Diocesan Bishop of Jataí.
